Hi there! I’m Jennifer Jones, but my students all know me as Ms. Jen.

If your child is struggling in a conventional classroom, falling behind in math, or simply losing their joy for learning, I want you to take a deep breath—you are in the right place. I’m a veteran educator with over 16 years of hands-on classroom and leadership experience, and my absolute passion is helping students unlock their confidence during their most critical developmental years.

Over the course of my career, my dedication to giving students the best instruction possible has opened doors for me to serve our educational community in some incredible ways. I’ve been honored as a Math Team Lead of the Year, served as a certified AVID Coordinator, and I currently advocate for students globally as a Khan Academy Ambassador.

After years of leading inside the traditional school system, I chose to leave the classroom to open Joy's Educational Services. I wanted to build a space where I could directly bridge the foundational gaps that hold so many bright kids back, free from the constraints of traditional schooling.

Today, I am proud to offer a highly personalized, in-person microschool experience right here for local families who are looking for a meaningful change from traditional education. At the exact same time, I know how busy families are, which is why I also provide premier virtual math tutoring worldwide—specializing deeply in upper elementary math foundations, Pre-Algebra, and Algebra 1 to give your child elite support right from the comfort of home.
